About
I became captivated with the Murrini process while studying glass at University. I have always been a vessel maker and have spent a long time refining my glass techniques and exploring the connections between form and decoration. My work is characterised by a combination of pattern and colours and the fluidity of the glass. I am captivated by every aspect of my practice and every part of that process is important to the final work. Every piece that I make inspires me to make the next. Murrini offers me infinite combinations of intricate patterns to draw upon, and I find it self sustaining. I want to spend the rest of my life honing my craft and mastering the extraordinary material glass!
